如何將理工領域所用的期刊名稱縮寫清單匯入EndNote Journal Term List中?

EndNote中的 Term List 預設有三種，分別是 Authors、Journals 與 Keywords。如果沒有進行任何更動，這三種清單所產生的 Term list 分別取自於書目中的下列欄位。

  1. Authors Term List：詞彙取自於 Author、Secondary Author、Tertiary Author、 Subsidiary Author、Translated Author欄位
  2. Journals Term List：詞彙取自於 Journal (或是Secondary title)、Alternate Journal (或是Alternate Title)欄位
  3. Keywords Term List：詞彙取自於 Keywords欄位

延續〈將月旦法學知識庫的書目匯入EndNote (1)期刊文章〉的最後一個步驟，將書目匯入EndNote之後，Year欄位為空白，需將Date欄位的前4碼數字複製到Year欄位，如果筆數較少，您可以逐一手動貼上；如果書目筆數較多，可利用 Tools的「Change/Copy/Move Fields」功能批次處理。

將月旦法學知識庫的書目匯入EndNote (1)期刊文章

月旦法學知識庫是法學領域常使用的中文資料庫，但其資料庫結構並沒有批次匯出書目的功能。為方便使用者將月旦法學知識庫的書目匯出至EndNote，本館館員已針對期刊文章的書目匯出編製 Filter  （Lawdata filter 20220408.enf：載點1、載點2），透過以下的操作步驟說明，可批次匯出書目至EndNote。
💡 本文於2022年4月10日更新，修改Filter、重新上傳.enf檔案。
