園藝療法圖書推介
身處在擁擠繁忙的都市叢林中，面對壓力或心情鬱悶時，你用什麼方式紓壓？追求樂活的新世代，不妨嘗試園藝療法的療癒方式，藉由種植花草植物等園藝活動，調整身心靈的狀態。園藝療法在國外已行之有年，根據Wikipedia的定義，園藝療法（Horticulture Therapy，園藝治療），是一種輔助性的治療方法（職能治療、代替醫療），藉由實際接觸和運用園藝材料，維護美化植物或盆栽和庭園，接觸自然環境而紓解壓力與復健心靈。
