善用Word與EndNote協助論文編排（十七）：圖表與其標題同頁

以文字鋪陳的論文中加入圖表，可以讓抽象的內容更具像而清晰易懂，而圖表除了標號外，加上標題可做為扼要說明與提示。但是插入的圖表往往會因論文文字的更動或其他調整，使得圖表與其標題分離在上下頁。為避免這樣的困擾，可以善用Word段落／分行與分頁設定／分頁／＂與下段同頁＂或＂段落中不分頁＂功能，並搭配段落標記或換行符號，讓圖表與其標題可以在同一頁面上。不過要注意，圖表必須是設定為＂圖與文字排列＂（請參見此說明），而表格會因來源格式的不同而必須有不同的處理。

利用Word搭配EndNote繕打論文加入引註非常方便。但是在長篇論文中想要找到所插入的文中引註，往往需要花點眼力在諸多文字中蒐尋多時。較省時的方法可以參考「善用Word與EndNote協助論文編排（三）：度量、變數網底與功能窗格」文中所提利用變數網底標示方式，方便我們一眼看出Word自動調整更新的變數所在，也就能較快速地的找到有標註文中引註的地方。另外，EndNote在Word中可以設定文中引註以超連結方式呈現，這時利用超連結功能的顏色標示，一樣也可協助快速辨識文中引註的位置。
