善用Word與EndNote協助論文編排（十一）：Word中EndNote參考文獻排版
雖然運用Word插入標號與交互參照的方法可以產生文中引註與文末參考文獻，但使用EndNote來協助更為方便快捷。在Word功能列中開啟EndNote所產生的參考文獻，其排版問題除了與所選定EndNote中引用格式（Output Style）的Bibliography / Layout設定有關外，同時也要在Word功能列中開啟EndNote，使用Bibliography / Layout來調整。

如何將理工領域所用的期刊名稱縮寫清單匯入EndNote Journal Term List中?
EndNote中的 Term List 預設有三種，分別是 Authors、Journals 與 Keywords。如果沒有進行任何更動，這三種清單所產生的 Term list 分別取自於書目中的下列欄位。
- Authors Term List：詞彙取自於 Author、Secondary Author、Tertiary Author、 Subsidiary Author、Translated Author欄位
- Journals Term List：詞彙取自於 Journal (或是Secondary title)、Alternate Journal (或是Alternate Title)欄位
- Keywords Term List：詞彙取自於 Keywords欄位

將月旦法學知識庫資料庫的書目匯入EndNote (2)Year欄位批次修改
延續〈將月旦法學知識庫的書目匯入EndNote (1)期刊文章〉的最後一個步驟，將書目匯入EndNote之後，Year欄位為空白，需將Date欄位的前4碼數字複製到Year欄位，如果筆數較少，您可以逐一手動貼上；如果書目筆數較多，可利用 Tools的「Change/Copy/Move Fields」功能批次處理。

月旦法學知識庫是法學領域常使用的中文資料庫，但其資料庫結構並沒有批次匯出書目的功能。為方便使用者將月旦法學知識庫的書目匯出至EndNote，本館館員已針對期刊文章的書目匯出，撰寫Filter (檔名: Lawdata filter 20220408.enf) ，透過以下的操作步驟說明，可批次匯出書目至EndNote。
💡 本文於2022年4月10日更新，修改Filter、重新上傳.enf檔案。
Word卡在EndNote Online Login的解決方法
開啟Word的EndNote工具列，如果卡在「EndNote Online Login」畫面，按了數次「Cancel」無法取消而反覆出現(如圖1)，或者卡在「Finding the EndNote home page」的畫面(如圖2)，或者跳出「Cite While You Write could not connect to the EndNote Server. Please verify your e-mail address and password are correct and then try again」的提示視窗(如圖3)，代表Word的CWYW工具列沒有連到本機的EndNote程式，而是串聯到線上版的EndNote Online。
